This can be a very rare edition of Monopoly, the Japanese Designer variant. It is still sealed in the plastic, alternatively please note some imperfections — the box is fairly dented on the rear (hard to see in photo). Two corners have wear, and a bit of the plastic is ripped on one corner, see photo. There’s a small tear in the plastic on the rear of the box in the center, also see photo.
